I’m a therapeutic yoga teacher and criminologist and I specialize in yoga and somatics for mental health.
I’m the founder of the 80h Somatic Yoga for Mental Health Teacher Training Program and the author of Messages from the Deep: Calm Anxiety & Lift Depression with Yoga and the Elements.
Aside from my body-oriented therapeutic work, I work in the forensic mental health field with offenders as the COSA leader and coördinator for Brussels, Belgium.

Apart from my formal training and the countless courses, workshops, and retreats I have taken, I have dedicated many more thousands of hours to the study of topics related to mental health, movement, somatics, psychotherapy, nutrition, writing, and creative therapy.
I have been teaching group classes and facilitating workshops since 2009.
