Emotions and experiences that are not processed with the necessary support are stored in the body as tension, pain, and armoring. Through Mindful Embodiment, we reconnect with ourselves as living, breathing, and sensing organisms to restore the nervous system and increase vitality, creativity, sensuality, self-confidence, and self-expression.
In a warm ceremonial atmosphere, I guide you on a journey to connect with your body, emotions, voice, and heart. We’ll work with different somatic awareness and movement exercises combined with embodied voice work. We’ll release what’s burdening your heart so that you feel connected to yourself and feel more free and confident to express yourself authentically and let yourself shine. We’ll end with singing some mantras and medicine songs to open and express our hearts and discover the creativity of our authentic voice.
