Mindful Embodiment & Voice Release

In a warm ceremonial atmosphere, I guide you on a journey to connect with your body, emotions, voice, and heart. We’ll work with different somatic awareness and movement exercises combined with embodied voice work. We’ll release what’s burdening your heart so that you feel connected to yourself and feel more free and confident to express yourself authentically and let yourself shine. We’ll end with singing some mantras and medicine songs to open and express our hearts and discover the creativity of our authentic voice.

Sensual Embodiment

Do you want to (re)discover your sensuality and experience how deeply nourishing it is to feel safe and connected to your body and pleasure? Join us to feel, move, dance, play, connect, and co-regulate. In this experiential workshop, we create a safe environment to welcome you back into your body and into your skin. We’ll release what we no longer need and activate our sensual intelligence through somatics and intuitive movement practices that we’ll do alone as well as in group while following a natural ceremonial flow.

CLASSES

Somatic Yin Yoga

Somatic yoga is a gentle mindful movement practice inspired by different somatic awareness and movement approaches combined with gentle yoga stretches rooted in yin yoga. Somatic Yin Yoga focuses on developing an intimate connection with and awareness of bodily sensations and emotions, and encourages movement exploration, curiosity, and playfulness. Combined with restorative yoga poses, this is a deeply relaxing class to help you slow down, release, ground, and regulate your  nervous system. We work mostly on the floor and classes are accessible for everyone.

Breathe & Release

In this deep relaxation and breathing class, you are invited to lie down as I guide you through a deeply relaxing, restorative, and rejuvenating journey using guided relaxation and gentle breathing practices. These classes emphasize ease, comfort, and naturalness. So no complicated breathing exercises where you strain yourself. We’ll release build-up tension and emotions while regulating your nervous system so that you leave the session feeling calm, grounded, centered, and refreshed. This classes are accessible for everyone.

Natural Meditation

These classes explore different meditation practices to experience states of relaxation, inner calm, focus, clarity, expansion, and inner peace. Rather than working with one technique, each class guides you through a sequence of practices to gradually take you deeper into a meditative experience. During a class, we might use practices such as guided relaxation, mindfulness, and different traditional meditation techniques along with more somatic approaches to inner calm like self-touch and self-holding, and sound healing, The class is suitable for beginners as well as people who are familiar with meditation and presence-based practices.

Intuitive Dance

Connect to your body and its intuitive wisdom to move, release, heal, and express. Through simple exercises, you are guided into your own natural flow where you can find your most authentic form of self-expression. We’ll slow down, feel, and explore experiences like interception, proprioception, small movements, big movements, being one with movement vs witnessing movement, the connection between movement and feeling states, and using movement as a gateway into a meditative experience. Above all, this is a free and non-linear movement class accessible to anyone who would like to move in a way that is gentle, mindful, explorative, and intuitive.
