Come home into your body and reconnect with your feelings, voice, and heart. Emotions and experiences that are not processed with the necessary support are stored in the body as tension, pain, and armoring. Through Mindful Embodiment, we reconnect with ourselves as living, breathing, and sensing organisms to restore the nervous system and increase vitality, creativity, sensuality, self-confidence, and self-expression.

In a warm ceremonial atmosphere, I guide you on a journey to connect with your body, emotions, voice, and heart. We’ll work with different somatic awareness and movement exercises combined with embodied voice work. We’ll release what’s burdening your heart so that you feel connected to yourself and feel more free and confident to express yourself authentically and let yourself shine. We’ll end with singing some mantras and medicine songs to open and express our hearts and discover the creativity of our authentic voice.

From stillness to expression — we begin lying down, tuning into sensations, breath, and emotions, then let movement emerge naturally from what we feel. This trauma-informed journey offers a safe space to explore presence, release, movement, stillness, and embodied expression. No experience needed.

Experience your body in its most alive, soft, self-expressive, and self-loving form. Sensuality is the awakening of your senses. It’s being entirely here and now. It’s also about allowing yourself to feel the pleasure that your senses are giving you, whether it’s savouring a deep breath or feeling touch on your skin. By softening into our sensuality, we help the nervous system regulate itself and open a gateway into meditative presence. Through embodiment, we call the soul home into the body.

In this experiential workshop, we create a safe environment to welcome you back into your body and into your skin. We’ll release what we no longer need and activate our sensual intelligence through somatics and intuitive movement practices that we’ll do alone as well as in group while following a natural ceremonial flow.

Nothing brings people together like singing together. We bring our own simple sing-along medicine songs to open our hearts together and sing our voices open, creating a feeling of joy, connection, and unity.
